Extra Charges Review

The place advertises 19.99 outside the gym monthly and 199 yearly. What they do not tell you is that they are going to add bs charges like 100 dollar initiation on the monthly or 50 on the yearly. On top of that hit you with yearly $18 one time fees. And tax you on that. I would not recommend this place at all.

Gym Owner Screwed Me out of Personal Training Sessions

Updated by user Nov 15, 2012

First, the gym was incorrectly autodrafting my account for gym fees twice a month instead of once a month, and I had to make several phone calls and get a refund from her for that.

I had a bad experience at One2One Training Centers in Sugar Land, a suburb outside of Houston. One of the owners of the gym, Violet, suckered me into paying for a bunch of personal training sessions up front so I could get a discount on each session. Everything was fine at first, although she wasn't an attentive trainer. She didn't go over my diet at all, and she discouraged me unnecessarily from running, the exercise I love the most, because SHE didn't like it. Soon though, she stood me up three times for my personal training sessions, always giving me some lame excuse. She also ignored my calls and texts. I gave up trying to train with her and attempted to transfer my sessions to my friend, something she agreed to. Now she's blowing off my friend and won't give me a refund. I RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM ONE2ONE SUGAR LAND.
